So, how do you lose face fat? what is the percentage that gets rid of face fat?

Well it differs for each individual. For me, I have to get to beneath 10% body fat before I don’t have that double chin thing going. Exercise definitely comes into play here as well. The more you workout, the more you create this calorie deficit simply because you’re adding to the calories which you burn every day. An excellent physical exercise to do is any exercise that you will stick with. For me, swimming is the best. For you it may be running or using the elliptical trainer.

But to help you shed face fat the fastest, I’ll let you in on an inside secret. Use interval running. An example of interval training would be running really fast for a minute and then running at an light pace for two minutes. That three-minute period is the interval. You can apply this to any cardiovascular workout and it kicks the shorts off of normal, boring cardio. In fact, studies have shown that cardiovascular interval work keeps your heart rate elevated for hours after your workout. This means that you burn fat for longer, even after you’re done exercising.

So thats it. The real deal on how to lose face fat. I’m sorry to say there’s no such thing as spot reduction, but by decreasing your overall body fat percentage you are able to shed face fat and burn fat in other trouble locations at the same time.
